Program #3: Strengthened by Holy Mysteries

Have you ever felt so good about everything going well that you say so to everyone you meet?

Having traversed a time in her life when all seemed lost, Mary expressed thanks for the gift of faith by embroidering a six-foot, standing floor-screen entitled “Eastertide Trinity.” Prophecy having played a pivotal role in the restoration of her faith, this three-paneled screen was uniquely wrought to capture the concepts of a triune Godhead, prophecy and resurrection. Mary gives special attention to the often overlooked season of Eastertide, the six weeks following Easter when the disciples first became acquainted with Jesus alive after death, a time of holy mystery when only those who believed were able to see Him. A drastic mistake was discovered as this work neared completion, one that might well have ruined the whole project. You’ll want to learn how God provided the solution!

As Mary narrates her story using Christian symbols old and new, the audience is encouraged to discern seasons of Eastertide in our lives today, times when only those who truly believe see things as God sees them.
